Job Description:

As a part of the TCS BPS team, you will handle data-related business transactions and support essential operational processes across various industries. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform backend data processing and transaction operations

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry tasks

• Maintain and update internal systems with client-related information

• Follow defined processes and standard operating procedures

• Coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain service levels

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of business operations and data entry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing requirements

• Professional attitude and attention to detail

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates from the following streams:
  B.Com, BBA, BBM, BMS, BAF, BBI, BCA, B.Sc (excluding Agriculture/Horticulture), and BA

• Batch: 2023 & 2024 graduates only

• Candidates must have completed a full-time degree from a recognized college/university

• No postgraduate qualifications (Graduation should be the highest qualification)

• Must be open to work in rotational shifts and from any TCS office in Bengaluru

• Only freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are eligible
