Job Description:
Freshworks is hiring fresh graduates passionate about customer experience to join their Customer Support team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will troubleshoot issues, guide users on product usage, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver quick, effective solutions. This is an ideal role for those who are empathetic, curious, and eager to work in a global product company.
Responsibilities:

Resolve product queries and customer issues via email, chat, and phone

Reproduce and escalate technical issues when required

Collaborate with internal teams to improve support workflows

Track and report frequent issues for better customer experience

Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
Qualifications:

2025 Graduate (No standing arrears)

Strong verbal and written communication

Empathetic, curious, and adaptable

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (mandatory)

Internship or prior exposure to customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be sent a screening assignment. Final selections will happen via in-person events held on two Saturdays at the Chennai office.
Work Mode:
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Chennai. Candidates must be willing to relocate.
