Key Details:

  • CTC: As per HCLTech standard compensation grid

  • Eligibility: Minimum 65% aggregate throughout academics (10th, 12th, UG, PG)

  • Service Agreement: 12 months commitment

    • If you exit before 12 months, you are required to pay ₹50,000 as per the agreement
