Amazon is hiring Business Analysts for its Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team in Bengaluru. This role is part of the Data and Strategic UX vertical and offers an exciting opportunity to work on data-driven insights, analytics solutions, and strategic decision-making that enhance employee safety and operational excellence across Amazon.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver analytics solutions to solve business challenges.

  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL, spreadsheets, and ETL tools.

  • Apply descriptive analytics techniques to identify key performance drivers and impacts.

  • Generate actionable insights to support decision-making, identify anomalies, and uncover improvement opportunities.

  • Document analytical workflows including metric definitions, logic, assumptions, and data sources.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to enhance dashboards, portals, and online tools, ensuring accurate logic validation.

  • Communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations.

  • Promote analytical best practices to improve team efficiency.

  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers can apply).

  • Eligible batch years: 2018, 2019, 2024, 2025, 2026.

  • Proven ability to define requirements and use data-driven insights for business decisions.

  • Proficiency in SQL or ETL tools.
