This flagship program is designed for BCA and B.Sc graduates (2025 batch) who aspire to build a long-term IT career while pursuing M.Tech (sponsored by Wipro) from a premier institution in India.

Stipend & Salary Details

  • 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI)

  • 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI)

  • 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)

  • 4th Year Salary: ₹23,000 per month

  • Joining Bonus: ₹75,000

Note:

Selected candidates will pursue M.Tech while working at Wipro, with education sponsored by the company.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Degree:

    • Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

    • Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) – Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics

  • Graduation Year: 2025

  • Minimum Marks: 60% or 6.0 CGPA (as per university norms)

Academic Requirements

  • 10th & 12th: Pass

  • Open school / distance education allowed for 10th & 12th only

  • Mandatory: Core Mathematics studied during graduation

    • Business Maths / Applied Maths not considered

  • One backlog allowed at the time of online assessment

  • All backlogs must be cleared by completion of 6th semester

Other Criteria

  • Maximum 3 years gap allowed (10th to graduation start)

  • No gaps during graduation (must complete within 3 years)

  • Candidate must be 18 years or above at registration

  • Indian Citizen / PIO / OCI only

  • Bhutan & Nepal nationals must provide citizenship certificate

  • Minimum 3 months cool-off period required to reattempt Wipro selection process

Selection Process:

  • Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes)

    • Verbal Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)

    • Analytical Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)

    • Quantitative Ability – 20 mins (20 questions)

    • Written Communication Test – 20 mins

  • Round 2 – Voice Assessment
  • Round 3 – Business Discussion
