Note:

Candidates will take one integrated test, and based on performance, they will be shortlisted for Ignite or Smart.

Job Responsibilities

TCS Ignite

  • Undergo an immersive Science-to-Software training program.

  • Work on advanced technologies such as Cloud, AI, ML, Generative AI, Blockchain, AR/VR/XR, Robotics, and Digital Engineering.

  • Deliver enterprise-level IT solutions comparable to engineering roles.

  • Participate in continuous learning and innovation-driven projects.

  • Pursue higher education through curated postgraduate programs.

TCS Smart

  • Work across diverse IT functions such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, Data Analytics, and support roles.

  • Apply technical, analytical, and domain-specific knowledge to real-world projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow structured IT processes.

  • Build strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and reasoning abilities

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • 3-year full-time graduates from:

    • BCA

    • B.Sc (IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Cybersecurity, Biochemistry)

    • B.Voc (Computer Science / IT)

  • Batch: 2025 & 2026

  • Minimum Marks: 50% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), and Graduation

Backlogs

  • 2025 Batch: No active backlogs

  • 2026 Batch: Up to 1 active backlog allowed

  • All courses must be completed without backlogs at the time of joining

Additional Criteria

  • Only full-time courses are eligible (no correspondence/part-time)

  • Overall education gap should not exceed 24 months

  • Minimum age: 18 years, Maximum age: 28 years

  • Extended education is not eligible

  • Prior work experience (if any) must be declared
