Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Develop and maintain software solutions supporting hybrid cloud and AI-driven systems.

  • Analyze existing systems, identify failures, and propose improvements with guidance from architects and technical leaders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.

  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure applications are high-performing, scalable, and maintainable.

  • Provide reliable technical support and deliver strong customer-focused solutions.

Key Skills

  • Programming knowledge in Java, C++, Python, Node.js (any one or more).

  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English).

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to continuously learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

  • BE / BTech graduates (2025 pass-out only) from Computer Science and related branches (CSE, AIML, DS, Cloud Computing, Big Data, CSBS, IoT, Robotics, AI, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, IT, etc.).

  • Minimum 6 CGPA or 60% throughout academics.

  • No active backlogs at the time of joining.

  • Candidates must have completed their degree before joining IBM.

  • Open to off-campus freshers across India.

  • Willingness to work from any IBM location in India (Hybrid model).
