Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for banking processes.

  • Provide accurate information and support to customers.

  • Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.

  • Follow process guidelines, compliance standards, and SOPs.

  • Maintain proper documentation and call logs.

  • Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication.

Key Skills

  • Good verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

  • Willingness to handle voice-based processes.

  • Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers: Any UG or PG degree (Non-Engineering).

  • Graduation NOT eligible:
    BE / BTech / Engineering / Tech graduates,
    MSc CS, IT, MCA.

  • Eligible PG degrees: MBA 2025, MA 2025, MSc 2025, MCom 2025.

  • Candidates with backlogs are allowed.

  • Candidates with up to 1 year experience can apply with valid documents.

  • Open to work in flexible and night shifts.
