Job Responsibilities
Perform 24/7 application and infrastructure monitoring using tools like Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, SolarWinds, Datadog, and Nagios.

Act as an Incident Coordinator, joining major incident bridge calls, escalating tickets, documenting progress, and supporting post-incident reviews (PIRs).

Triage and route auto-generated tickets as per SOPs and drive timely incident resolution.

Collaborate closely with L1/L2 resolver teams, DevOps, Operations, Product teams, and third-party vendors.

Maintain and update knowledge bases and known error databases to improve first-line support.

Identify recurring issues and recommend automation and “shift-left” solutions to reduce manual intervention.

Track and report operational KPIs such as MTTD, MTTR, ticket volumes, and incident trends.

Ensure continuous 24x7x365 service coverage, including weekends and holidays.
Key Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT operations, NOC/SOC, and incident management.

Hands-on or academic exposure to monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Azure Monitor, Nagios, Datadog, SolarWinds).

Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.

Understanding of alert configuration, dashboards, and real-time monitoring.

Exposure to scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is an added advantage.

Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Non-Engineering graduates: BSc IT, BCA (or equivalent).

Experience: 0–6 months in IT operations, NOC/SOC, or application support roles.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and holidays.

Comfortable working from office (no hybrid work).

ITIL Foundation certification is preferred but not mandatory.
