Job Responsibilities
IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Write database queries, perform CRUD operations, and develop stored procedures.

Understand relationships between database tables and retrieve data efficiently.

Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data (manual/automated).
-
Analyze service tickets, identify root causes, and resolve issues as per SOPs.
-
Work with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools.
-
Actively contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Multicloud
Monitor and maintain computing environments and production servers.
-
Handle incident management and support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Messaging, and Cloud platforms.

Follow SOPs/runbooks with an understanding of business impact.

Ensure security, compliance, and customer communication standards.
-
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous service improvement (CSI).
-
Work in a 24/7 global support environment.
Digital Workplace Services
Provide first-line technical support to end users.

Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests.
-
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
-
Collaborate with internal IT teams for complex issue resolution.

Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.

Eligibility Criteria
For IT & Integrated Smart Operations
3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc – Computer Science/IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics).

2024 or 2025 graduates only.

Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off).
-
No arrears at the time of joining.
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services
Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BVoc, BMS, etc.).

2024 or 2025 graduates only.

Minimum 50% in academics (no rounding off).
-
Standing arrears are not allowed.
Common Requirements
Flexibility to work from any Cognizant location and in any shift.

Open to Indian nationals / OCIs currently residing in India.

Candidates who attended Cognizant assessments/interviews in the last 6 months should not apply.
