Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and flow diagrams for user interactions

  • Design UI components including menus, buttons, widgets, and layouts

  • Develop and implement a consistent UI/UX strategy across projects

  • Conduct design testing and refine elements such as call-to-action placements and page structures

  • Work with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive branding

  • Apply research methods to analyze user behavior and improve usability

  • Maintain visual consistency through proper use of typography and design guidelines

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop

  • Working understanding of HTML and CSS

  • Creative mindset with an eye for clean, modern design

  • Good communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to think from the user’s perspective

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any undergraduate degree (from any stream)

  • Freshers are welcome to apply

  • Basic knowledge or coursework in UI/UX design is an added advantage
