Job Overview

Amazon is hiring ML Data Associates to support its AI and machine learning initiatives. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while contributing to high-quality AI data development. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team involved in annotating and analyzing various data types for large language models (LLMs) and AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle data types such as text, speech, image, audio, and video.

  • Use internal tools to label, analyze, and deliver data according to strict guidelines and KPIs.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and business data.

  • Switch between different types of annotation tasks quickly and accurately.

  • Support daily operations and multiple task types for the team.

  • Identify process gaps and provide solutions to enhance data quality and efficiency.

  • Offer on-floor support to teammates when needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to make logical decisions in ambiguous situations.

  • Previous experience in content writing, content management, or technical writing is a plus.
