Job Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms

  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews

  • Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers

  • Post job advertisements and manage job listings

  • Participate in job fairs and campus hiring drives

  • Maintain recruitment records and reports

  • Support the onboarding process of new hires

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM with a specialization in Human Resources is mandatory

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Basic understanding of sourcing and recruitment tools
