Job Responsibilities

As an HR Intern at Deloitte, you’ll be involved in several aspects of the recruitment process and HR operations:

• Source potential candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and IIM Jobs.

• Conduct initial screening calls with applicants.

• Maintain and update applicant profiles in the internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

• Track and respond to internal team queries related to recruitment.

• Align candidate profiles with current hiring needs.

• Build a talent pipeline for future job openings.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders and keep them informed.

• Manage recruitment-related reports and maintain updated MIS (Management Information Systems).

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Basic knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job portals.

• Ability to multitask and coordinate with various teams.

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
