Job Responsibilities
As an HR Intern at Deloitte, you’ll be involved in several aspects of the recruitment process and HR operations:

Source potential candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and IIM Jobs.

Conduct initial screening calls with applicants.

Maintain and update applicant profiles in the internal ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Track and respond to internal team queries related to recruitment.

Align candidate profiles with current hiring needs.

Build a talent pipeline for future job openings.

Communicate with internal stakeholders and keep them informed.

Manage recruitment-related reports and maintain updated MIS (Management Information Systems).
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

Basic knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job portals.

Ability to multitask and coordinate with various teams.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining reports.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Open to all graduates. Candidates pursuing or recently completed their studies in HR or business-related fields may be preferred.

Experience: No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome.

Availability: Should be able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship on-site in Bangalore.
