Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any graduate (except Law)
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance preferred
Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

  • Knowledge of US P&C insurance processes such as endorsements, policy administration, underwriting, quoting, etc.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities

  • Support broking and account management teams with renewals, marketing proposals, and endorsements

  • Handle policy documentation, compliance checks, and premium calculations

  • Maintain accurate policy records and ensure timely client deliverables

  • Communicate with underwriters, brokers, and account executives for follow-ups and additional information

  • Monitor and respond to requests on the client service platform

  • Payslips (if applicable)
