Eligibility Criteria:

  • Freshers from 2023 and 2024 batches only

  • Any graduate from a non-engineering background (BE/B.Tech not eligible)

  • Immediate joiners only

  • Must register Candidate ID prior to attending

  • Candidate ID must be written on top of the resume

Job Role: Process Executive – Non-Technical (BPM/BPO Domain)

Required Skills and Qualities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and formulas

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in night shifts and on weekends

  • Team collaboration and time management skills

  • Professional and courteous communication with customers

  • Knowledge of banking or financial services domain is preferred

  • Basic understanding of fraud monitoring and resolution is a plus

  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel reporting is beneficial

Documents to Carry:

  • Two hard copies of your updated resume

  • Face mask

  • Hard copy of PAN card (mandatory for assessments)

  • Printed copy of the invitation/email with Candidate ID mentioned
