Job Type: Apprentice (12 months)
Start Date: August 2025

Eligibility:

• Non-Engineering graduates (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, etc.)

• Graduated in 2024 with a Provisional Degree Certificate

• Must be enrolled on the NATS portal with a valid student enrollment number

• Basic MS Office knowledge

• Good communication, proactive mindset, and team player

Apprenticeship Tracks Available:

1. Sales Operations Analyst – Trainee

   • Data analysis and support

   • Stakeholder coordination

   • New program/project assistance

2. Finance Analyst – Trainee

   • Bookkeeping and SOP documentation

   • Data gathering and metrics analysis

   • Tool handling for business decisions

3. Staffing Recruiter – Trainee

   • Sourcing and screening candidates

   • Candidate engagement and pipeline building

   • Participation in hiring events

4. People & Communities Representative – Trainee

   • Admin support for leadership

   • Event logistics and coordination

   • Vendor/stakeholder collaboration

   • SharePoint and benefits project support

5. Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Trainee

   • Candidate experience management

   • Recruitment tools and trackers

   • Hiring support and confidentiality
