About the Role

Wipro is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates (2024 Passed Out) to start their career as a Junior Processor in their Chennai office. This role involves working on real-time customer service projects in the BPM / BPO industry with focus on Customer Success and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer service and support in mortgage processing
  • Efficient handling of assigned tasks in the night shift
  • Maintaining data accuracy and communication with clients

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Any Graduate (Provisional & Degree Certificate required)
  • Graduation Year: 2024 Passouts Only
  • Immediate joiners preferred (Notice Period - Immediate)
  • Only local candidates from Chennai considered
  • B.E/B.Tech and PG courses not eligible
