About the Role
Wipro is offering an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates (2024 Passed Out) to start their career as a Junior Processor in their Chennai office. This role involves working on real-time customer service projects in the BPM / BPO industry with focus on Customer Success and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service and support in mortgage processing
- Efficient handling of assigned tasks in the night shift
- Maintaining data accuracy and communication with clients
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate (Provisional & Degree Certificate required)
- Graduation Year: 2024 Passouts Only
- Immediate joiners preferred (Notice Period - Immediate)
- Only local candidates from Chennai considered
- B.E/B.Tech and PG courses not eligible
