Job Description:

HCLTech is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive for fresh graduates from Arts and Science backgrounds for its Healthcare Voice Process division. This is a great opportunity for 2025 postgraduates to start their careers with one of India's leading tech companies.

Job Role:
Healthcare Voice Process (Non-Technical)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle voice-based customer support in the healthcare domain

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients

  • Manage and resolve customer queries with professionalism

  • Adapt to rotational and night shifts based on process requirements

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to work in any shift (including night shifts)

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a BPO/Healthcare support environment

  • Basic computer knowledge

Qualifications:

  • 2025 postgraduates from Arts & Science streams

    • Eligible: MA, MBA, M.Com, M.Sc (except CS/IT)

    • Not eligible: B.E/B.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (IT)

  • Final semester result copy is mandatory for walk-in

  • Should be ready to join within 7 days of selection
