Job Description

HCLTech is conducting a mega walk-in drive to hire fresh postgraduates for a Healthcare Voice Process role. This is a customer service-based voice support role tailored for candidates from non-technical backgrounds.

As part of the role, selected candidates will handle customer interactions, resolve queries related to healthcare services, and provide support over voice channels (phone).

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone (voice process)

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Follow standard procedures and scripts

  • Document interactions and escalate unresolved issues

  • Adhere to process compliance and targets

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills (English proficiency)

  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Willingness to work in flexible shifts (including night shifts)

  • Quick learner with a customer-first attitude

Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers from Arts & Science streams (MA, MBA, M.Com, M.Sc – excluding Computer Science or IT)

  • 2025 postgraduates (final semester results required at walk-in)

  • Candidates must not be from B.E/B.Tech/MCA/B.Sc IT/M.Sc IT or any technical engineering stream

  • Willing to join within 7 days if selected
