Job Description:

Join HCLTech as an SAP Functional Consultant and help businesses transform their operations by implementing SAP best practices. This role involves understanding client requirements, configuring SAP modules, supporting technical development, testing, troubleshooting, and delivering user training. Ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who hold SAP Global Certification in SD, MM, FICO, or Basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into SAP configurations following industry best practices

  • Identify customization needs and create specifications for technical teams

  • Prepare and execute test scripts for various testing cycles

  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions

  • Develop and deliver user training documentation

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of business processes and industry standards in SAP functional areas

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Positive and proactive team player attitude

  • Flexibility to work in shifts based on project requirements

Qualifications:

  • SAP Global Certification in SD, MM, FICO, or Basis (mandatory)

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance background preferred for FICO; engineering or MBA preferred for SD/MM/Basis)

  • Freshers or professionals with up to 1 year experience

  • Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation/post-graduation
